CONSTRUCTING A "SHRINE"

This module was based on our Ratnagiri study tour. We choose a site called mirya village in Ratnagiri. We studied a site and made an entire plan of it.

Initially we were told to make a model of Shrine for SEA GOD that is situated on sea site where people can roam around and also it become some collective place for villagers to come together.

MODEL

So, I made a model which is based on different kind of sea view, I made different floor level that is connected with each other with stairs and rams to get different sea view.

Then based on our model we were supposed to draw a site plan where our model is situated with exact location with reference points on sea ,plan and section and some of the construction details to build it.

CONSTRUCTION

In construction I have shown wooden floor connection in detail and truss for support and foundation.
